Step 1: Situation Analysis and Determination of Permit Type
Each application is unique to the individual. Before starting the process, we review your passport validity, your entry date to Türkiye, and your purpose of stay. We determine the most suitable residence type for you (Tourist, Family, Student, or Real Estate). Applying for the wrong type can result in your application being rejected at the very beginning of the process.
Step 2: Document Preparation and Insurance
We organize the processes of taking your biometric photos in accordance with the standards required by the Immigration Office, preparing your notarized rental agreement, and arranging your mandatory Foreign Health Insurance policy on your behalf. We reduce the risk of missing documents to zero.
Step 3: Filling Out the E-Residence Form
This is the most critical stage. We fill out your application form together with our experts through the Immigration Administration’s online system. Even one incorrectly entered letter can lead to the cancellation of your application. We complete your form without errors and schedule your Provincial Immigration Administration appointment.
Step 4: Appointment Day and File Submission
On the appointment day, you go to the Provincial Immigration Administration Directorate with the “Red File” (Application File) we have prepared. Since your file is professionally organized, the official review is quick and hassle-free. In necessary cases, our consultants inform you in advance of any additional requests from the official.
Step 5: Evaluation and Card Submission
After your application is processed, the legal evaluation process (usually within 90 days) begins. When your application is approved, your Residence Permit Card will be delivered to the address you provided via PTT Courier Service.
